Delete Your SÜRE Account

SÜRE users can delete their account and associated personal data — either inside the app or by request here.

Delete in the app

  1. Open the SÜRE app.
  2. Go to your account settings.
  3. Choose Delete Account.
  4. Confirm the deletion.

In-app deletion takes effect immediately.

Don't have the app? Request deletion

If you've uninstalled the app or can't access it, email support@suretechapp.com from the email address registered to your SÜRE account, with the subject "Account Deletion Request".

We process emailed requests within 30 days.

What gets deleted

  • Your account profile and personal information: name, contact details, profile photo, saved addresses, and similar.

What we keep, and why

For legal and regulatory compliance, certain financial and transaction records are retained for 5 years as required by South African law (FICA). These are not used for any other purpose after your account is deleted.
